TALTRAN Global has added to its own top talent with the appointment of Kristin Sanchez as Office Manager. Kristin joins as the company notches up its biggest ever year for client briefs, candidate searches and successful appointments. She will join a team which has delivered growth of over 100% year on year and bring added support to help the business scale as it plans for 2022.
“Our growth profile reflects the challenges facing many of our client companies. Focusing on quality and delivery has meant that we have more retained clients but we are also seeing a significant expansion of new business opportunities,” commented President and Co-Founder, John Cassidy. “We stuck to our core search and appointment principles in finding TALTRAN’s first ever Office Manager and are delighted that Kristin agreed to join us.”
Kristin’s role will involve coordination of all administrative aspects of the business and has a particular focus on ensuring KPI measurement, scheduling and performance measurement. With business growth there are also key responsibilities in data integrity, internal policy development and oversight of technology. TALTRAN’s methodology is heavily orientated towards candidate search technology in support of extensive networks and the development of high-quality pools of financial talent.

Kristin joins TALTRAN from Liberty Healthcare Corporation where she supported the administration, management and counselling services. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, an MSc in Psychology with an emphasis in Forensic Psychology, and is studying for a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Clinical Psychology.
