Strong momentum in 2019 has carried through to the start of the new decade for financial recruitment firm TALTRAN Global. With six new client briefings since New Year’s Day the company is developing its staffing to cope with the growth in business. A revised website and refreshed brand imagery are also in the works.
The new roles cover six locations around the US with some including a global remit. TALTRAN Global has already shown its capability for delivering results on hard to fill roles across a wide range of business sectors and is relishing the new challenges. Its recruitment team has extensive experience at senior levels in finance departments which has been a particularly beneficial in meeting expectations.
“We’ve been told by clients and candidates that one of the key differentiating factors for our business is that we know what it’s like to deliver results as part of a finance team. It helps us ask the right questions and give the best advice in the search for matching individuals with highly demanding organizations,” said John Cassidy, president and co-founder.
Cassidy’s thinking for 2020 is focused on adding additional depth to the TALTRAN Global team. The recent appointment of Ted Horen, a Bronx High School of Science graduate with a Master of Finance with Energy Specialization from Tulane University, has shaped his views. He commented, “I’ve got two or three more internal roles to fill but I am looking for exceptional candidates whether its as office manager, client liaison or recruitment consultant. They need to understand finance departments as well as having the creativity, energy and integrity that are part of our service.”
Further initiatives for the new year include a recently relaunched website which carries the company’s refreshed corporate identity. “Our blogs giving advice to candidates have got significantly more traction than expected and there are plenty of other areas where we are being asked questions and give advice. This includes the way that finance works with other departments to get the best results. It was a good moment to review our website to make sure we could highlight good practice and thought leadership for the sector”
